Job summary

Qualifications

• FCAS required.
• Experience in R and Python.
• Deep understanding of GLMs and GBMs.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (supervised/unsupervised).
• Databricks or similar big data platforms desirable.
• Strong software design pattern knowledge.
• Experience in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
• Commitment to testing and model validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing model strategy for a subset of products.
• Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain predictive models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage filings for products.
• Prepare predictive analytics analyses and modeling with guidance.
• Present results to customers and management as requested.
• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts.
• Communicate assumptions, results, and alternatives clearly.
