Million Air is seeking a Senior FBO Accountant to provide experienced accounting guidance across the organization and ensure accurate processing of financial transactions. The role partners with operations and corporate finance, offering mentorship while maintaining full responsibilities.

Based in Houston, TX, this exempt, full-time position requires a Bachelor's in Accounting and 3–4 years of related experience, preferably in aviation or an FBO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 3–4 years accounting experience; aviation/FBO preferred.
• Experience mentoring or training others is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Update pricing communications and resolve fuel pricing discrepancies.
• Support reconciliation of credit card batches and manage tenant billing.
• Prepare monthly financial packages for airport authorities and internal reporting.
• Process vendor invoices, employee expenses, and intercompany invoices.
