Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA license strongly preferred.
• 8–10+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience.
• Experience in multi-entity, family office, or private equity environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full general ledger and accounting cycle across complex multi-entity structures.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and balance sheets.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow planning, and investment reporting.
• Coordinate with external CPAs and tax advisors for annual tax planning and filings.
• Design and maintain internal controls and risk management.
