Family Office in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Controller to oversee accounting and financial operations across its family office, investment fund, trusts, and related entities.

The role reports to the CEO and drives accurate, timely financial reporting, treasury management, and scalable processes. Deep fund- and partnership-accounting experience within sophisticated multi-entity structures is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA designation strongly preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience in complex multi-entity environments.
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting, partnership accounting, and multi-entity financial reporting.
• Experience managing accounting for trusts, LLCs, partnerships, and investment entities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with modern accounting ERP systems.

Aufgaben

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close across all entities, trusts, partnerships, and affiliated organizations.
• Prepare timely financial statements, management reports, cash flow analyses, and executive reporting packages for the CEO.
• Prepare quarterly financial reporting for family trustees, including entity performance, liquidity, and cash reporting.
• Maintain consolidated financial reporting across all entities with intercompany eliminations and reconciliations.
• Ensure financial information is accurate, timely, and audit-ready at all times.
• Lead day-to-day accounting functions including general ledger, payables, reconciliations, and reporting.
