You will work with workforce partners to identify talent needs, manage on-the-job training and work experiences, and connect job seekers with in-demand opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, social work, business, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience and 2 years in program coordination or supervisory roles.
• Experience with workforce development and the workforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead business services efforts to develop employer relationships for high-demand roles.
• Establish work-based learning opportunities including internships and apprenticeships.
• Support career fairs, workshops, and related employment events.
• Ensure program fidelity, collect data, and report outcomes.
• Maintain data in Penelope and related systems; ensure compliance.
