Job summary

Raytheon Technologies is seeking an Associate Director, Factory Operations Manager for the Andover Front End of the Business leadership team. You will lead an organization of over 150 employees across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain, ensuring safe, efficient manufacturing and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include cost, quality, and schedule performance, and driving continuous improvement while engaging with senior leaders across Raytheon Operations.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 12+ years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 10+ years experience.
• Prior management or leadership experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Production, and/or Quality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with programs and customers to ensure alignment and accountability at all levels.
• Operate in a fast-paced, customer- and program-driven environment with senior leadership interaction.
• Serve as part of the Raytheon Sensors Operations extended leadership team.
• Lead performance management including goal setting, career development, compensation planning, and employee training/talent development.
• Build cross-functional teams across operations, manufacturing, program management and related domains.
