Raytheon-Rafael Area Protection Systems (R2S) Camden site seeks an energetic Associate Director of Operations to support the VP of Manufacturing and Enterprise Systems. You will lead daily operations, ensure on-time production, and drive quality and efficiency in a defense manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in manufacturing, and an active Secret clearance. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage costs, and ensure compliance with ATF, OSHA, DoD,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is required.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience in a related environment.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive a positive culture emphasizing safety, trust, communication, and transparency.
• Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure on-time production and top quality.
• Develop and implement process improvements to boost quality and capacity.
• Ensure compliance with ATF, OSHA, DoD, and ADEQ requirements.
• Monitor operating expenses and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Set performance goals and review progress against targets.
• Maintain relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
• Communicate new policies to staff and report metrics to leadership.
• Participate in strategic planning for Facilities Management.
• Oversee inventory management and warehousing efficiency.
