Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in Andover, MA is seeking a Senior Production Control Manager to lead a 10-person production control team within HWIC. You will drive material availability, scheduling, and MRP system workflows in a DoD-focused manufacturing environment; collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

This onsite role requires eligibility for Interim Secret clearance and a university degree with 7–10 years of leadership in production planning, logistics, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent with minimum experience, or Advanced Degree with more experience.
• Experience in Production Control, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Scheduling, Operations, Manufacturing or similar.
• Experience leading daily team operations or equivalent leadership.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government clearance prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-visibility area with a team of 10 Production Control professionals and 3 Material Controllers.
• Set strategic vision and plan to execute program and functional strategies.
• Perform Material Availability Analysis, Tracking, and Reporting.
• Coordinate kitting, BOM, Material Master, and Process Engineering with cross-functional teams.
• Release production schedules in the MRP system and verify in shop floor systems.
• Provide production floor support including part management, material staging, and WIP movement.
• Maintain shop floor, MRP, and inventory system integrity through KPIs.
• Oversee subcontractor piece part movement to support internal build requirements.
