Raytheon is seeking a Product Manager in Andover, MA to drive manufacturing operations, schedules, and cost-reduction initiatives across cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes leadership in a fast-paced environment with exposure to ERP/MRP systems and program management.

Ideal candidates will have a university degree (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience, strong business acumen, and experience coordinating with manufacturing work centers, suppliers, and program offices.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in related roles.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Program and/or project management.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Kinaxis, PRISM/CMES) and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CCM schedules with cross-functional teams and suppliers to support depot work.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives for recurring efforts and new opportunities.
• Direct teams on tactical and strategic discussions to drive results.
• Present reports to customers and operations leadership; manage non-recurring resources.
