Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing management experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.

• Proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience leading SIOP processes and lean initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing operations, staffing, and SIOP.
• Implement continuous improvement and lean methods to cut costs.
• Develop metrics to optimize performance and working capital.
• Recruit, retain and mentor leaders for a strong talent pool.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment with regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with ITM to integrate lean principles into production.
