Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to develop new commercial and industrial accounts within a defined Atlanta territory. You will craft customized marketing strategies and proposals, partnering with ABM operations to deliver results and cross-sell eight service lines across facilities services.

You will own the selling process, connect with prospective clients, negotiate contracts, and manage transitions to operations, while maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of service sales experience with cold calling and self-generated leads.
• Strong ability to write and present compelling sales proposals and price labor within proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short and long-term sales plans; maintain current sales and close new business.
• Own the information base on prospective clients within the territory.
• Prospect for new business via cold calls, networking, and lead qualification.
