Job summary

Leidos LLC seeks an experienced Facility Security Officer in Huntsville, Alabama to lead the industrial security program for a cleared facility supporting DoD, IC, DOE, and other U.S. Government customers.

You will oversee personnel security, access control, incident response, and security training while ensuring compliance with NISPOM, DD Form 254, and customer directives. The role requires independent judgment, timely risk assessments, and effective communication with leadership and government

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree with 8+ years industrial security experience.
• Demonstrated experience as an FSO or security leader in a cleared environment.
• Strong knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and DD Form 254 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facility's industrial security program and ensure compliance with all governing directives.
• Serve as security interface with DCSA, government reps, and internal stakeholders.
