Job summary

United States Cold Storage, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the operation and upkeep of industrial refrigeration systems and facility infrastructure at our Indiana location.

You will lead maintenance staff, schedule projects, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the site. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in refrigeration maintenance, budgeting ability, and skills reading blueprints and P&IDs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in maintenance/operation of industrial refrigeration systems, including 2 years in a senior position.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA Process Safety Management and EPA Risk Management Programs.
• Experience with PRW industry and industrial refrigeration systems (e.g., ammonia).

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient operation of refrigeration systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure.
• Train and manage daily maintenance tasks of personnel.
• Schedule and manage facility projects; coordinate with vendors and contractors.
