Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation of refrigeration systems and facility infrastructure.
• Train maintenance personnel and manage daily tasks.
• Supervise contractors and manage facility projects.

Skills

Strong knowledge in federal and state regulatory compliance

Knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems

Experience in maintenance and operation

Ability to read and understand blueprints and P&IDs

Good arithmetic and reading skills

Education

High school diploma or GED

RETA Certification (Recommended)

Tools

Material handling equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks)

Refrigeration control systems

Asset management systems (e.g. Infor EAM)
