Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of project management experience with five (5) years involving Federal Government programs.
• Ability to provide administrative oversight, corporate management and overall technical, schedule and cost direction.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall technical, schedule, and cost direction for the program.
• Lead and direct challenging projects, executing assignments independently within the scope of the contract.
• Provide administrative oversight and corporate management support for the assigned program.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the customer, corporate leadership, and program staff.
• Plan, organize, and direct program activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of contract requirements.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present program status reports and deliverables to government and corporate stakeholders.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate assigned program staff.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal regulations, contract terms, and company policies.
