Job summary

FNBO is seeking a Sr Facility Project Manager – Lead Construction to oversee multiple design, construction, renovation and move projects from inception to completion. You will manage scope, budget and schedule while coordinating with architects, contractors and business units.

The role targets projects of significant scale, requires up to 15-20% travel, and offers a hybrid work environment with both on-site collaboration and remote days. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, design & architecture, or construction management.
• 7–10 years of experience in planning, design and construction.
• Extensive project management and planning experience.
• Past construction projects of $5 million or more.
• Construction management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct multiple design, construction, renovation and moving facility projects from design to completion.
• Ensure projects stay within approved designs, budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate planning, design and construction with all parties.
• Monitor budgets, scopes and contracts; manage documents and change orders.
• Coordinate vendors and ensure final payments are supported by lien waivers and COs.
• Identify issues and drive timely resolution; maintain clear communication.
• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to align timelines and solutions.
• Participate in strategic forecasting and quarterly reviews; support ad hoc planning.
• Deliver high quality results under tight deadlines; motivate teams.
