Job summary

First National Bank of Omaha is seeking a Sr Facility Project Manager - Lead Construction to direct multiple design, construction, renovation and move projects from concept to completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, and documentation while coordinating with designers, contractors and internal stakeholders.

The role requires experience with large-scale projects and the ability to drive timelines, control costs, and deliver results in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7-10 years of experience in planning, design and construction.
• Experience managing projects of $5M+ is preferred.
• Construction management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple design, construction, renovation and move projects from design to completion.
• Ensure projects stay within approved budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate planning, design and construction activities with stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, scope and schedule; manage documents and change orders.
• Oversee vendor activities and ensure final payments are supported by certificates of occupancy.
• Communicate clearly on project expectations and progress.
• Use project management tools to handle multiple projects with competing resources.
