Job summary

ANE Consulting is seeking a Senior or Executive Project Manager to lead large-scale design-build construction projects in New York City. You will guide strategic oversight, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely, successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 15 years of construction project management experience
• 7+ years in a leadership role
• Experience leading large-scale, complex or high-rise projects
• Experience with NYC public agencies preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of design-build projects
• Develop cost-effective project plans
• Administer contracts, track performance, oversee budgets
• Maintain documentation including drawings and permits
• Review change orders and oversee invoicing
• Coordinate with contractors and site visits to monitor progress
• Promote safety culture and enforce on-site protocols
• Collaborate with NYC agencies, design teams, and contractors
