Qualifications

• 10+ years facilities management experience.
• 4+ years regional leadership across multi-site portfolios.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers and vendor lifecycle.
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting for OpEx/CapEx.
• Proven ability to design and execute regional RFPs and contract terms.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% regionally and occasional international travel.
