Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Lead Facility Operations Consultant for the Tampa, FL area. The role oversees a small direct-report team, drives project ownership, and supports program/process improvements while providing technical support on complex projects.

It entails client consulting, meetings, and business development activities. You will mentor teammates, coordinate priorities, and communicate high-level strategy.

Qualifications

• 12+ years relevant experience
• Proven proficiency in Senior FO Consultant or similar position
• Technical Aptitude and experience
• Attention to detail
• Strong team player
• Technical Communication Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong oral communicator
• Experience with CMMS and asset management
• Experience working directly with clients
• Site visit/audit experience
• Ability to build/own strong client relationships
• Ability to lead/delegate project responsibilities
• Ability to mentor and develop team members
• Ability to manage and coordinate team needs and priorities
• Ability to support business development efforts (proposals/interviews/meetings, etc.)
