Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in facilities management, construction, or related field.
• Strong knowledge in roofing, paving/asphalt, concrete, exterior painting, or building-envelope systems.
• Experience developing scopes, evaluating proposals, managing vendors, and overseeing projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assess properties to identify facility needs and scope projects.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and bid documents.
• Manage projects from assessment to closeout with contractors.
• Evaluate bids and negotiate terms and prices.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors across trades.
• Monitor costs, schedules, quality, and safety.
• Inspect work and ensure compliance with scope and codes.
• Lead with operations teams and leadership on project updates.
• Travel between McKinley communities in Michigan and Florida as needed.
