Catholic Charities Eastern Washington is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician III to install, inspect, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on a range of systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. You will support safety standards and maintain compliance with site policies.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of building maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on mechanical/electrical/plumbing/HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety standards and building codes.

Mansioni

• Perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager for move-ins/outs and maintenance schedules.
• Manage and supervise work by outside contractors.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and common area amenities.
• Log activities using the work order system and ensure timely responses.
