Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of progressive facilities maintenance experience.
• Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry with safety focus.
• Knowledge of OSHA and local housing codes; follow safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots building repairs and systems.
• Assists with apartment turnovers and make-ready procedures.
• Coordinates vendors and supports renovations.
• Maintains grounds and common spaces, ensuring cleanliness.
• Operates maintenance equipment and keeps inventories updated.
