The Chief Seattle Club is hiring a Maintenance Technician III in Seattle, WA. This senior technician ensures safety and functionality of buildings and common areas, troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and safety systems while coordinating with vendors and contractors.

With experience in multiple trades and a commitment to service, you will work independently and as part of a team to maintain a welcoming environment for residents at Sacred Medicine House and related properties.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoots building repairs
• Assists with apartment make-ready procedures to include turnovers
• Troubleshoots issues with building systems
• Handles emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
• Makes regular inspections of the grounds and buildings
• Ensures that the common amenity spaces are prepared and cleaned each day, always keeping an upkept appearance
• Safely operates electric and battery powered equipment such as vacuums, buffers, burnishes, auto scrubbers, drills, shop-vac etc.
• Mid-level maintenance such as plumbing repairs, replacing appliance parts, garbage disposals, drywall, and paint as needed
• Keeps cleaning and maintenance supply inventory up to date and requests specific items as needed
• Supports and works with general contractors and vendors
