Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) in Ellabell, Georgia, seeks an experienced Facilities Management Mechanic Manager to lead maintenance and facilities operations at its on-site automotive production environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 10+ years of plant facilities management experience, with strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and drawings. Travel and leadership responsibilities are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of mechanical facility management experience in automated plants.
• Ability to understand electrical and mechanical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance and facility management activities for an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Plan, install, inspect, and perform preventative maintenance on utility equipment (air compressors, HVAC, piping, chillers, cooling towers, generators).
• Oversee budgeting, procurement, supplier relations, and spare parts for maintenance operations.
• Coordinate with engineers and production teams to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Prepare for audits and ensure compliance with BMS/EMS/SMS requirements.
