Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America seeks a Facilities Management Mechanic Manager to oversee maintenance of critical plant equipment and utility systems. You will plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, manage the budget and parts, and lead a skilled team in a high-automation automotive environment.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of facility management in automated plants, experience supervising 20+ staff, and a Mechanical Engineering degree.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in mechanical facility management in automated plants.
• Experience managing 20+ team members.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and specs.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform maintenance of utility/plant equipment (air compressors, HVAC units, chillers, pumps, etc.).
• Plan, install, inspect, and execute corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Manage budgets, spare parts, and supplier relationships.
• Lead maintenance teams, ensure safety, EMS/BMS/SMS compliance.
• Develop maintenance plans and measurable targets; report on performance.
