You will coordinate contractors, ensure schedules, and uphold Hyundai standards for all electrical installations. The role requires 5+ years in electrical/engineering site management, leadership of 10+ staff, and strong knowledge of electrical regulations, with MS Office and AutoCAD proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years electric/engineering site management experience.
• Experience managing teams of 10+ people.
• Experience with electrical documentation, submittals, drawings, and reports.
• Knowledge of electric industry regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership, time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage electrical work for Hyundai Motor Group's Metaplant America, Inc. project during construction.
• Coordinate electrical design contractors on the owner's side and monitor schedule compliance.
• Ensure installation meets Hyundai Motor Group standards and project requirements.
• Oversee technical and economic construction management activities to satisfy design needs.
• Plan and cost maintenance of electrical facilities after construction; support business plans.
• Plan, order, and manage expansion, modification, repair, and replacement of electrical facilities.
