Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) in Ellabell, GA, is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Stamping Maintenance Assistant Manager. You will coordinate stamping shop maintenance, develop action plans, and mentor a team while managing budgets and training plans.

The role requires 5+ years in automated plant maintenance, leadership of 15+ personnel, and a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with domestic and international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years maintenance career in automated plants.
• Experience managing more than 15 team members.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Domestic / International travel required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor stamping shop maintenance activities.
• Report task status at beginning, during and conclusion.
• Develop action plans to reduce downtime and improve PM/monitoring.
• Prepare training plans for each team member.
• Execute annual operation plan and report status.
• Support manager to foster teamwork and collaboration.
• Analyze stamping downtime and propose improvements.
• Monitor maintenance budget and purchasing control.
