Amentum in Springfield, VA seeks a Chief Facility Engineer to lead the planning, installation, operation and maintenance of infrastructure systems. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, life safety, CAD drawing development and review, ensuring compliance and performance.

Qualifications

• 7 years direct experience in managing and operating large facility operations.
• Experience with government regulations, codes and standards.
• Active Top Secret clearance preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team and mentor team members.
• Plan and oversee installation, operation and maintenance of infrastructure systems.
• Coordinate with program management and government customer to define system specifications and requirements.
• Develop, maintain and produce technical documentation and system/subsystem specifications.
• Prepare, deliver and submit technical papers and perform engineering studies.
