• Oversee central utility plant and power plant operations for continuous service.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Monitor system performance and recommend operational improvements for efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution for complex facility issues.
• Coordinate outages, equipment shutdowns, testing, and commissioning activities.
