Qualifications

• Seven years work-related experience in engineering, construction, or facility management.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Understand commercial infrastructure systems (e.g., chilled water plants, electrical switchgear).

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing systems and perform root cause analysis on failures.
• Develop and provide detailed SOPs/MOPs/EOPs for operations staff.
• Order and maintain critical repair parts stock.

Skills

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate effectively

Technical knowledge for system evaluation

Understanding of electrical/mechanical theory

Education

Accredited four-year degree in engineering or global equivalent

Tools

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

CMMS (preferably Maximo)
