Job summary

EMCOR Government Services seeks a Chief Facility Engineer (CFE) to lead and manage BOS facilities and grounds supporting an intelligence community customer in the NCR. The CFE will guide a team delivering installation, OM&R, engineering and project management across facilities in the Washington National Capitol Region.

#EGS #LI-NS1 This role is contingent upon contract award and requires Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance. A PE license and 10+ years of experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience in large facilities operations.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Experience with OM&R of complex mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall management and operation of BOS facilities and grounds.
• Oversee CAD drawing development and documentation accuracy.
• Supervise CMMS, BAS, and EPMS implementations and operations.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with client to align performance standards and staffing.
• Maintain effective customer relationships and vendor partnerships.
• Improve BOS delivery processes to meet quality, time, and budget.
• Manage projects and capital improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate audits and prepare necessary documentation.
