Job summary

The role requires Five+ years in Facility Operations, three+ in Engineering Services, a DC Boiler Engineer license, and a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in Facility Operations.
• Three+ years of experience in Engineering Services.
• DC 3rd Class Steam and Hot Water Heating Boiler Engineer license.
• Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, facility management, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and capacity for independent decision making.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair all Central Plant equipment, including boilers, HVAC units, and electrical systems.
• Act in the capacity of Chief Engineer when required.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to junior engineering staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
