Job summary

The Building People is seeking a Senior Facility Site Accessor to support a federal client at a secure campus in Washington, DC. The role focuses on MEP systems, asset lifecycle, and energy assessments, requiring independent judgment and strong communication.

Candidates will coordinate field surveys, prepare reports, and review BAS data while traveling at least 50% to support facility surveys, audits, and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• 10+ years in building construction/MEP environments.
• Experience with federal facility condition assessments and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventories and condition assessments of building systems (MEP).
• Document deficiencies and write narratives of conditions.
• Recommend corrective actions with cost-estimates support.
• Lead field surveys and QC of deliverables.
• Prepare assessment and audit reports for energy use and BAS data.
