Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Lead Facility Assessor to lead and perform facility condition assessments for PG&E facilities across California. This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating onsite fieldwork, managing assessment teams, and maintaining high-quality data and reports.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in facility assessments and leading teams in diverse environments, with strong knowledge of building systems and data standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical/construction field or equivalent.
• 10+ years related experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading facility assessors, inspectors, engineers, or teams.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and UNIFORMAT II.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform onsite facility condition assessments of building systems.
• Mentor and coordinate a team of facility assessors.
• Develop fieldwork schedules, staffing plans, and deliverables.
• Serve as primary contact for PG&E and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, hours, schedules, and resources.
• Review drawings, specs, and maintenance records.
• Provide assessment narratives and cost estimates.
• Ensure data quality and compliance with UNIFORMAT II.
• Prepare dashboards, status reports, and client deliverables.
• Travel to facilities across California and mentor staff.
