Job summary

GoldenWolf is seeking an experienced Facility Condition Assessor - SME to support nationwide federal project assessments. You will lead data collection, ensure data quality, and guide assessment teams across diverse facilities, leveraging SF-based systems and best practices.

The role emphasizes data-driven technical reporting, training, and collaboration with facility managers and stakeholders to improve facility performance and compliance during remote work with site visits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on facility condition assessments, building inspections, facilities management, construction inspection, or related technical work.
• Experience using facility assessment software, CMMS systems, ESMS platforms, or similar facility management technologies.
• Strong understanding of building systems, facility infrastructure, and asset management principles.
• Ability to analyze data and produce accurate technical reports.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively to project sites.
• Ability to travel internationally

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee facility condition assessments for federal facilities.
• Coordinate with Facility Managers and project stakeholders before, during, and after site visits.
• Lead site briefings, project reviews, and assessment activities.
• Review assessment documentation and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Maintain accurate facility condition assessment databases and records.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to assessment teams.
• Train and mentor Facility Assessors and technicians on assessment procedures and data collection methods.
• Develop and implement best practices for facility assessments.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients and leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Support multi-site assessment projects and ensure consistency in data collection and reporting.
