Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating with Maintenance, supervising contractors, maintaining tenant relations, and analyzing budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Associate's degree with four years progressive experience in Operations, Facilities, Management or Customer Service.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensures facilities comply with regulatory requirements and maintains required documentation; liaises with authorities.
• Coordinates work with Maintenance and Operations; supervises outside contractors; monitors quality of work.
• Maintains rapport with tenants; identifies problems; supports repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
• Gathers and analyzes financial data; prepares operating and capital budgets; requests supplies, equipment, and capital items.
• Manages the corrective and preventive work order system; provides timely reports on status to departments and administration.
