Job summary

Therapy & Beyond, based at our Home Office in Flower Mound, TX, is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance, safety, and vendor coordination across sites. You will optimize workflows and oversee software implementations to ensure data integrity and efficient operations.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in facilities management, with a Bachelor’s degree or applicable experience, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent real-world experience in business/operations/facilities management.
• 3–5+ years of experience managing maintenance and vendors across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to keep locations safe and functional.
• Ensure safety standards and building codes are up to date.
• Serve as main contact for external vendors and contractors.
• Design better workflows for maintenance requests.
• Lead internal facility management software rollouts and data integrity.
• Coordinate resources with third-party technicians and staff.
• Monitor quality metrics and maintenance spend weekly.
• Facilitate communication between leadership and clinics.
