Job summary

Qualifications

• Journey level proficiency in at least one building trade (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, masonry, roofing).
• Five years of skilled facilities construction, maintenance or repair experience.
• Ability to lead multi-trade projects and coordinate field work.

Responsibilities

• Perform highly skilled maintenance, construction, alteration and repair work within trade expertise.
• Lead field projects and coordinate multiple trades to meet project goals.
• Assign priorities, monitor progress and ensure safe, quality completion.
• Read blueprints and specs to determine resource needs and schedule work.
