Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Service Technician III in Fargo to inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment and facilities. You will perform preventative maintenance, assist with new equipment setup, and maintain regulatory compliance while documenting work and adhering to safety standards.

The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and HVAC know-how, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and the flexibility to support overtime as business needs require.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 5+ years related experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical components, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and general maintenance repair.
• Ability to read diagrams and prints is required.
• Experience with hand tools and small power tools.
• Ability to pull a trailer.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on equipment, machinery, and facilities.
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, HVAC and other building systems.
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment and machinery.
• Keep accurate documentation of inspections, maintenance, testing and repairs.
• Follow safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
• Support overtime as needed.
