Job summary

Coborn's is seeking a Facilities Service Technician III to perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair equipment, and support facility systems across locations. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, safety, and teamwork within an employee-owned company ethos.

You will inspect equipment, troubleshoot issues, document work, and assist with installations while complying with regulatory and company standards. A strong mechanical background and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5+ years related experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical components, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and general maintenance repair.
• Ability to read diagrams/prints.
• Experience using hand tools and small power tools.
• Ability to pull a trailer.
• Welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment, machinery and facilities.
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues and perform repairs.
• Maintain building systems (electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, HVAC).
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment.
• Document inspections, maintenance, testing and repairs.
