Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Service Technician III to inspect, troubleshoot and maintain equipment and building systems at our facilities. You will perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure reliable operations and safe environments for teams and customers.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems, plus documentation and adherence to safety and company policies. Overtime may be required as business needs demand.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; 5+ years related experience noted.
• Mechanical components, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical maintenance knowledge required.
• Ability to read diagrams and prints.

Responsibilities

• Conduct equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and machinery.
• Maintain building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hydraulic.
