Job summary

Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain our building and grounds that support manufacturing teams. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, light repairs, and coordinate with outside vendors to keep the facility safe, clean, and ready for the team.

The role involves day shift, Monday–Friday, with duties including inspections, basic repairs, and upkeep of shared spaces. Valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on maintenance experience with basic tools.
• Strong initiative, organized, able to work independently.
• Clear communication with team and outside vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and daily facility support.
• Repair basic wear or damage to doors, windows, lighting, and drains.
• Monitor and upkeep building and grounds, parking, landscaping.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for snow removal, lawn care, and other needs.
