Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Service Technician III to maintain and repair critical equipment and facilities. The role focuses on inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance to keep spaces safe and efficient for teams and customers.

You will troubleshoot issues, assist with new equipment installations, and ensure compliance with regulations while documenting activities and maintaining quality work standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5+ years related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical components, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and general maintenance repair.
• Ability to read diagrams and prints; experience with hand tools and small power tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct equipment inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facilities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs.
• Perform general maintenance on electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, HVAC, and building systems.
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment and machinery.
• Conduct testing to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Perform building repairs to doors, walls, floors, ceilings, and fixtures.
• Assemble and install racking, shelving, and store fixtures.
• Use measuring skills to determine materials and repair requirements.
• Maintain documentation related to inspections, maintenance, testing, and repairs.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures.
• Support overtime and other maintenance needs as required.
