Job summary

Marvin Composites is hiring a Facilities Technician at our Fargo, ND location. You will maintain the building and grounds that support our manufacturing teams, performing preventive maintenance, basic repairs, inspections, and coordinating with outside vendors to keep the facility safe and ready for daily operations.

You will monitor shared spaces, manage seasonal grounds work, and communicate clearly with contractors.

Qualifications

• Six months or more of related maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Experience using basic tools to troubleshoot and complete repairs.
• Ability to take initiative, stay organized, and work independently.
• Clear communication with team and outside vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the building and grounds through preventive maintenance, inspections, and day-to-day facility support.
• Repair basic wear or damage to facility areas, including doors, windows, drains, lighting, and other building needs.
• Monitor building and grounds needs, including public walkways, parking areas, landscaping, and other shared spaces.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to support building systems, snow removal, lawn care, landscaping, drains, and other facility maintenance needs.
