Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Service Technician III to inspect and maintain equipment and facilities, diagnose issues, and perform repairs across multiple systems. You will contribute to safe, efficient spaces for teams and customers, while supporting installation of new equipment and ongoing maintenance.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, independent work, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment with opportunities to advance. Flexibility for overtime is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5+ years related experience required.
• Knowledge of mechanical components, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and general maintenance repair.
• Ability to read diagrams and prints is required.
• Experience with hand tools and small power tools.
• Ability to pull a trailer.
• Welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues.
• Perform general building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
• Install and set up new equipment and machinery.
• Conduct required testing to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Repair doors, walls, floors, ceilings, and fixtures.
• Assemble and install store fixtures and shelving.
• Measure materials and determine repair needs.
• Document inspections, maintenance, testing, and repairs.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures.
• Support overtime and additional maintenance as needed.
