Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include vocational or technical certification and 3 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on facilities, equipment, or fixtures to ensure safety and functionality.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair facilities, equipment, or fixtures; follow preventive maintenance schedules.
• Lead and train Technicians; supervise on-site work and safety compliance; manage work orders and parts.
