Job summary

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical certification required or equivalent.
• Or at least 6 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass MVR.
• Commercial driving record with no major violations in last 5 years.
• Demonstrated ability to work with blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality and aesthetics of facilities.
• Inspect, repair, and document maintenance activities and costs.
• Lead on-site repairs and supervise less-experienced technicians.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage work orders and schedules.
