Job summary

Qualifications

• Option 1: Vocational or technical certification and 3 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
• Option 2: 6 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
• Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five years.
• Commercial driving record with no more than two moving violations in the last three years.
• No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety and proper functionality of facilities and equipment.
• Inspects, cleans, and repairs facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
• Diagnoses problems using blueprints, manuals, or parts catalogs.
• Leads and participates in teams to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Documents maintenance activities and manages work orders and parts inventory.
