Qualifications

• Proficient with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance and repairs on campus buildings, systems, and infrastructure.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and BAS.
• Diagnose and repair complex issues in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building equipment.
• Repair or replace motors, pumps, valves, sensors, lighting, and door hardware.
• Assist in training junior staff and maintain documentation of work.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, and university regulations.
